Phil was also a co-owner of the Realty Executives Office known as Re/Ex Valencia and has been successfully selling for over 28 years in the Santa Clarita Valley. Before he became an owner he was a #1 producer for the company for many years. Phil has experience in Short Sales, Foreclosures as well as standard sales. Since becoming an owner, Phil had been training the agents that worked with him. Phil has helped build his Realty Executives Valencia office to be #1 in California for 25 years in a row and #1 in the world in 2003.
